Just Beyond The Sunset

Just beyond the sunset
Someone waits for me
Just beyond the sunset
Lies my destiny
Where the purple mountains
Lie in deep tranquillity
There I’ll find the treasure
Of love eternally

Just beyond the sunset
Waits someone so fair

All alone they wait there
Their hair is golden
The colour of the sand
Their eyes sparkle in the night
Like diamonds in your hand

Lies a home for me

oh i see ,, because that poet is written by david harris  he was very popular with it .. i thought we are suppose to post our OWNpoetry ??

nono for real.....i do write poetry, but i said lets start this topic with a poetry of a great poet.......and i was sure u guys will like it and get attracted to the topic.......u guys have nothing to post ??(the poetry no need to be urs) but the songs should be urs......

I write good poems but my mom keeps my poems with her so i that i don't show it to people. she feels people are very good at using your work. I'd written a good poem called the  'On the threshhold of an exit' for my last day in school.
