I signed a 12 month contract with them almost 2 years ago for mobile broadband. Unknown to me they have been charging me £30 a month for almost 12 months since the contract expired. I phoned them to protest, and frankly their customer service is run by a bunch of morons who dont know anything about anything, and who are trained it seems to say, not our mistake, it's in the small print, and frankly to test your patience while they put you on hold until you give up.

I have asked my bank to refund the direct debits
During the past yearm the period in dispute, they never sent me a bill or email, so how would I know I still had a contract with them? I will sue them if my bank dont refund me.

when i was in the UK, i used Orange first, their customer service was great, then i used Lebara and the customer service wasnt helpful .. i think it depends on the time u call them .. but i dunno :-\
in kuwait .. as we only have two telecome companies .. customer service is great ..

My cousin's got T mobile.. she said t was quite goood ..

I use 3 now. I think they are the cheapest. It may be just cos I spend a lot of money with them but I always get what I want out of them.

well idk bout UK, but over in Saudi all costumer care lines are trash
they're either answered by a bunch of idiots who are dumber than a 1st grader or it is automated and you just go thru mazes and end up with nothing

There is such a useful website to stop you having to use customer care lines. I will look for it. You will be amazed.

wow, thats actually not that bad.. but how much do you pay per month (as in on the contract)?

I think it is £20 for 600 mins but my bill is usually more more cos I make international calls.

Ohh I see. thats not bad, I was gonna go on contract, but most of my calls would also be interantional calls, so it wouldnt really use up my minutes or texts =l

yeah.. I already have ot on my computer, but its just hassle to open my laptop each time just to chat to my parents and friends.
Im thinking of getting a 3G phone so I can download skype in there.
