I signed a 12 month contract with them almost 2 years ago for mobile broadband. Unknown to me they have been charging me £30 a month for almost 12 months since the contract expired. I phoned them to protest, and frankly their customer service is run by a bunch of morons who dont know anything about anything, and who are trained it seems to say, not our mistake, it's in the small print, and frankly to test your patience while they put you on hold until you give up.
