subject choices :s

    HeY! Im picking my subjects for next year and am rlly rlly scared of the choices. Here are my choices: English 2nd lang., maths A, French,Physics, chemistry, biology, economics.

Im actually aiming for scholarships and everyone tells me that scholarships are based on your A level results not IGs and i dnt wanna take too many subjects as i dnt rlly have much support and my teachers are not tht good so i have to be dependent on myself. so is the choice fine? Shud i add more subjects? O ya... im gnna do edexcel IGs

Well, for me I would take Business or Accounting instead if economics but that is because I find them more interesting. It differs to different people though.

Other subjects are alright, I took French, English, Math, Business, Physics, Chemistry, ICT and Accounting.

Why didn't you consider taking ICT ?

No need to be scared. IGCSE is not tough at all, it just needs hard work and I know many people who studied o-levels alone at home yet they got all A's and A*'s.

Plus, studentforums.biz will always be there for you if you have any doubts. Plenty of helpful people are always there for help and if you need ANY resources for any subject you can always ask me.

Both ICT and computing is a pathetic waste of time at IGCSE.

they are only useful in A levels but thats also a waste of time except some topics and coursework.
