can any one explain me 2,4,5 in oct 2006  please

Does anyone have a brief summary or notes of the angles and shapes?I mostly get confused with these questions so if anyone has notes or could explain to me briefly, i would be really greatfull.

ii)5/3 / 3/y =40/9
so change the division sign into multiplication
5/3*y/3=40/9
so it will be 5y/9=40/9
9(5y)=9(40)
40y=360
 y=9

Q4: First u hav to convert 8 hours into minutes as in quetion it is to nearest (10) minutes
so

8 * 60 = 480

Now find the upper and lower bond
Upper: 475
Lower 485

She sleeps 30 nights so
475 * 30 = 14250 And thn divide by 60 to convert into hours = 237.5
485 * 30 = 14550 divide by 60 again = 242.5

237.5 < T < 242.5
         -

Okay, this is quite embarassing.

Can someone give me a site that explains the characteristics  of all the shapes that are usually asked in maths.

Like squares, parallelograms, rhombus, kites etc.
