yeah it's probably impossible i did 2007-2009 but i don't feel it's enough i'm REALLY scared about tomorrow  i'm just praying that nothing new and weird is coming  :(

A firewall is a device, or a piece of software that is placed between your computer and the rest of the network (where the hackers are!)

If you wish to protect your whole LAN from hackers out on the Internet, you would place a firewall between the LAN and the Internet connection. ICT limitations:
Hardware is pushed to its limits:
-Processor speed, disk capacity, bandwidth
-Think about video calls on MSN etc.
Software “bugs” and design flaws:
-Can make a system fail or behave in an unpredictable way
-Systems may be poorly designed and don’t achieve what they set out to do. There are many examples of failure covered in ICT4
Computer output can only be as good as the input

I think that's fairly enough :D. To be precise, that's a lot already. As I said, CIE has added in more stuff for ICT syllabus this year so it's compulsory for you to know your theory well, not based your revision on past papers solely.
