can anyone describe for me what is meant by batch processing and what is the differences between batch and on-line processing??
another thing do we have to know what are the advantages of both types of processing ??

I feel LAN topologies are easy but important .. !! u jus hav to kno four types pf topologies
Bus, star, ring and hybrid ..
their advantages and disadvantages ..

one question if WANs are made from several LANs connected together, but WAN is a network that covers a broad area i.e any network whose connections links cross metropolitian , regional ,or NATIONAL BOUNDRIES i mean hw can u connect thru cables wen crossing the country boundry?????????????lol  ;D ;D ;D ;D lol

they use optic fibers and satellites for communications ..
