Why are u that angry?

But u knw, Gaia is in his/her 2nd year of IGCSE and it's too late to change the subjects-
I just didn't want him/her to feel bad or regret not doing it!!

Im a "his" :D

Thanks for commenting, my problem about all of this is that in my school we are forced to choose in 9th grade certain orientation, for example i chose business orientation, thats why i did business studies in the IG, however next year the school forced me to continue with business (high level) and gives me certain options (which are quite limited in my opinion), they are:

Maths High-Standard-Studies (i choose High or standard, i can do high only if i get A*)
Chemistry-Physics-Biology (i must choose one of them, they are standard level)
English A1 or A2 in standard or high level (i need to get a B in the IG to do A1 high or standard)
Spanish A1 or A2 in standard or high level (if i choose A1 English i am forced to do A2 Spanish)
Economics High or Standard (i choose high)

As you can see my choice IS quite limited, my problem is that i had a poor performance in one of the IG english lit exams (cause i was sick) so i expect a C or a B (which sucks cause i should of gotten more) if this happens i am forced to do A2 English and A1 spanish. If you dont know i suck at spanish literature :S

The worst thing is that i had gotten A* when i practiced the english exams :(

Conclusion, i hate how the school limits me to do certain exams :(
Universitys are overrated :D

yes man this suck if u have limitation in ur studies
either from yoyr parents n school to .cuz no1 know wht a person wanna do then ther person himself.
so A2? i dont get what do u mean bu that??
uuh language is imp in IB u have to have to take one language..
umm whats ur future plan? what r u planning on to study in future in college?
cuz then u can actully go to the university n ask them wht subject they need n in wht level
n then u can tell you school cuz u have a re;vent proof if u get wht i mean?
even in my school we had like if u get B or m ore u can do mathHL but i chosed to take Math hl :)
so ya thats about it
just talk to ur teacher who is understanding n tell them ur issue
cuz honesty there is no point of taking sub in that order if ur uni doesnt allows it
n wairt u need A* to doe ither hl or sl
dude engish is like compulsory so even if someone gets U they have to take either of em:)
hope that helps
let me knoe wht exactly u mean by A1  n A2 is it AS n A level?

Thanks for the information

I think that

A1 = Literature

A2 = Writing and analysis of texts like newspapers etc.

As im in a billingual school (both languages highly developed) instead of doing a primary language and a secondary language we do both languages as if they were primary language.
Universitys are overrated :D
