I won't say How I came across it ::) { I'm a GIRL after all :D 'Just ignore that comment xD'}but I'll say HOW beneficial it was ;D ... It is a Short but VERY Useful Lecture which is a MUST WATCH for ALL since it teaches you How to Achieve your Goals (I really don't want to ruin it for you guys) ,so JUST Click on PLAY already LOL  ::) ;D 8) 8)

My tip on losing weight: NEVER EVER EVER EVER even think of losing weight by 'starving'! Horrible horrible thing to do!

Repeat exercise when given cakes to eat.
