That' not the ONLY problem to be honest. Another Major problem would be the type of food we eat , tell me about it
I've ONLY eaten ONE Samboosa each day *Oily food * since the beginning of Ramadan and I got at least 10 pimples on my face now T_T
I am SO NOT eating it tomorrow :@ ... so ya plus the neighbors usually give loads of sweats and food. so NOT only do you eat oily food but fatty food too.
I suggest you try talking to your parents about the kind of food you think should be served i.e. if you don't like what mommy makes for you ,make it yourself
My suhoor and iftar is mostly traditional dishes i.e. very hard for me to explain besides the fact that my accent is even harder to translate =.= ... anyways I don't eat that traditional dish since it has too many dates I replaced the dates with one banana =] So eat what benefits your body instead of just stuffing your body
