I am not sitting biology, but I can tell you about the practical papers in general. The thing is you need to focus on experiments here and often we cannot do that because we cannot repeat those experiment.
Often, I try looking at videos of the experiments available.
Also, the most important thing is to do past paper questions, but it does not stop there.
You need to do these questions and then highlight the questions you got wrong. You will see that if you work to reduce those problems, it will be to your greatest advantage.
You might alsy try to find a correlation in the questions i.e. finding what is similar in each paper, and making sure that you base there is as strong as it possibly can be.
