The Taliban have no Geneva Convention to follow. They have no rules and no laws. If they catch an American soldier they kill him on the spot even if he surrenders.

How do you fight something like that ? Do not be naiive and think that America cant simply unload a bunch of cluster bombs (banned by a UN treaty to which the USA is a signatory) or send in a few 'bunker-busters' in areas where Taliban elements are located.

American could do something like that but unlike the Taliban they follow the conventions of warfare.

Strength in terms of arms and weaponry is not the problem. America faces an adversary that can act truly uncivilized.

Peace loving ? Negotiations ? NATO recently offered to negotiate with the Taliban in Pakisatan or did you not read that in the news ?

They even offered them safe passage to Islamabad - the Taliban ignored the plea.

For rap*: Compulsive slavery of the woman/girl the rapist rapes. For example, if someone rapes another girl, the punishment is that he should be her slave (with his hands tied ) for 3 years.

In my opinion, words like 'rape' and 'porn' are often used in healthy arguments and should not be censored. Only 'uncivilized' words, like Fu__, should be censored.

I'm considering something else.

According to islamic law, the punishment for rape is straight - death, if caught.

I've read on a website that on average, 30 women are raped in the US per minute.

I wonder if the problem of rape in the US would be to the same extent if the islamic law is implemented there, in case of rape.
