Am not 100% confident about it but i believe it is lithium since it has the least number of electons among metals :P

Poorest heat conductor = lead (Lead has a 15% conductivity level)
and
Poorest Electricity conductor = Tin (Tin has a 9% conductivity level)

Hope this helps King!

Why are u telling mercury as a poorest conductor of heat, only because it is the only liquid metal at room temperature and it is a heavy metal?

No, poorest heat conductor is LEAD!  ;)

If it's heat conductor it's definitely Mercury. My life on it :P Electrical conductor, then maybe lead possibly. I'm not sure.

Lowest thermal conductivity measured is that of mercury.

Lowest thermal conductivity measured is that of mercury.

If so, then Neptunium has a K value of 6.3 W/mK and Mercury has a K value of 8 W/mK.

I dont intend to argue with you.........

But why do you say lead is the poorest metal conductor??

Is it because it is the metal with the most covalent characteristics???

Neptunium is radioactive man! Leave it to rest.

Because of it's very high density and thickness.

Because of it's very high density and thickness.

But it's conductivity is still higher than Mercury. Mercury it is if he's talking about the thermal conductivity.
