ICSE is different from IGCSE.

IGCSE has lot of practical studies unlike ICSE.
In ICSE you have to mug-up many things. In ICSE you have lots theory.

There are a couple of links online that describe a set of basic PCL tutorials. Please note that their source codes may already be provided as part of the PCL regular releases. As well as there are sites where you can let your writing introductions done easily. All you need is just to try it!
