ICSE is a national board based in delhi
i personally think it is better than cbse
in icse except for science and computers, u also have to submit coursework
anyways which city are u planning to move to?
and if u are doing igcse why dont you continue with it why do you want to change boards?????

ICSE is different from IGCSE.

IGCSE has lot of practical studies unlike ICSE.
In ICSE you have to mug-up many things. In ICSE you have lots theory.

Anyways in which city you are planning to move?

ICSE is a national board while IGCSE is international. Many Indian schools offer IGCSE. And on the question of CBSE vs ICSE I would suggest ICSE because it is more student friendly and more comprehensive.

within India it's ICSE. IGCSE is proliferating though....but the problem here is it is very expensive for ppl here...majority take up the state board studies in their respective states that is but if u see national boars a higher %  of students do ICSE, followed CBSE and then IGCSE/IB. ICSE is the Indian Certificate of Secondary Education.
