Can a person be a top achiever in AS levels in his own region?
And how do they choose that person exactly?

Yes, you can be a top achiever in your own country not sure about AS level but I am definite for A-level.

You simply achieve the highest grades.

You have different types:

1. In ur district
2. In your couIntry
3. In your region
4. In your continent
5. In the world
