Not really. :P Teeth whitening isn't as good as people think it is. ::)

Man, I lost all motivation to do the sit-ups. -.- I used to do 100-200 sit-ups every night and now ... it's all gone (the motivation I mean ... not the tummy :-[ ). :P

LOL I mean the pizza not the teeth whitening :P

We had Roast chicken and chips :P

ONE TO TWO HUNDRED ?! :O

BLOOODDDYY HELL HOW ON EARRRTHHHH DID YOU MANAGE THATT? :o :o :o

I can;t do more than 65 >.<
I'm still practicing :P

Haha, I started off with 20 then 50 then 100 and then 200. ;D

Then ... got sick of it then stopped cos I had exams as well. :P

Keep practicing and you'll do well. (:

There's this leg exercise thing ... dunno what's called, that was very helpful as well. :D

Sit ups damage your back... And you shouldn't ever do only one exercise repetitively without any other exercises day in and day out... Research for the best regime for you and then stick to it.

Makes sense I suppose.

What to do, then?

I run up and down 16 stairs 10 times daily :P if sit ups are bad, I need an alternative >.<
