Man, I lost all motivation to do the sit-ups. -.- I used to do 100-200 sit-ups every night and now ... it's all gone (the motivation I mean ... not the tummy :-[ ). :P

Then ... got sick of it then stopped cos I had exams as well. :P

Sit ups damage your back... And you shouldn't ever do only one exercise repetitively without any other exercises day in and day out... Research for the best regime for you and then stick to it.

I run up and down 16 stairs 10 times daily :P if sit ups are bad, I need an alternative >.<
