I have read its specifications and I am seriously not impressed. On the other hand, I love the iPad 2. :D
Anyways I am a die hard Apple fan so obviously I'll prefer it over anything. ;)

By the way can you tell whats diff between iphone and ipad, excluding the fact that ipad has a larger screen ::)

iPad (2) has more memory options than the iPhone 4; it has a more powerful processor (A5 chip) than the iPhone 4 (A4 chip); iPad 2 has a bigger battery than the iPhone 4; The iPad has a bigger battery than the iPhone; You can make calls on the iPhone but not on the iPad; The iPhone has more sensors than the iPad. Rest depends on your use.
I have both iPhone 3GS and iPad (1st generation), they are equally good when it comes to usability because they both run the same OS. But using iPad is more fun but not easy to carry.

Go for it. But don't buy the white one because it spoils your fun when watching a movie or a video as the white borders distract you a lot. Close your eyes and get the black one. I am getting mine in July! ;D
