Help please ;( .. it wont let me download?

I've been trying to download papers for the past 2 days but everytime i click on the paper and just as im about to download this is what i get..
I used to always download without any problems.. whats the problem now??

When you press on the paper right click on"Click here to download the file manually." and click Save Target As. it might work. If not tell me I'll upload it for you
