You will get statement of results in Jan for Oct/Nov session results and you will get another statement of results in August for May/June results.

You mean like you won't get all your A2 subjects' results together in one statement when they are taken in different sessions? Is that your question ?

Cambridge will just send you your results for each session alone.

Looked down upon for sitting their subjects in many sessions?

I mean I don't believe that is a problem, what matters the most are the final results you get in each subject not the number of sessions you take them in. At least, this is how it is in my country.

I don't know about your place. =/

Correct me if I'm wrong, but when you get your A2 marks they will already have bee combined with your AS marks. E.g. in Chemistry AS, you scored 89%. In Chemistry A2, 65%. The percentage comes out to be 77% (I've averaged them--not sure that's exactly how CIE does it, but let's assume it is). 77% will be written on your A2 certification, not 65%.

Hope that helped.
