well this is wat i think

clockwise = anti clockwise
55.5 X 20 = 100x
x= 11.1 cm

now take a ratio
                     actual : map
                     25 cm : 4.3 cm   
                     11.1 cm : X
                        x = 1.9

hence from the pivot draw 1.9 cm box of mass
