Urgent! Firefox Backup Software

I am formatting my computer.
There is loads of work left, and i need help in this section.
I have to BACKUP all my firefox data...  ALL HISTORY, SAVED PASSWORDS, COOKIES, cache, bookmarks etc etc....
can someone tell me a plugin, which does a complete backup in 1 go...
Please try to find within 20 mins...

To back up history in FF, you have to:

Bookmarks>Organise Bookmarks>Import and Back-up>Back-up

That is all there is to it!

if formatting is not that necessary u can simply repair, that's a good choice and by this, all your works will not be disturbed...
