yeah i debate very well and about my country i do know a lot of things but actually i wanted to know that what exactly is coursework about?

In short, the key to doing well in any EFL paper is this :

read books by authors such as Lee Child, Tom Clancy and David Baldacci.

read magazines such as the Times.

read any British newspaper such the Daily Mail (I think you can get torrents of their free online versions).

The point is that you will only do well if you have a vast vocabulary and well, structured yet complex sentences.

Good Luck. Do some past papers and get them marked by your teacher and concentrate on the Language Analysis in Paper 2.

PS: Paper 3 is the easiest of the two EFL papers - it allows some creativity. Your teacher is crack :P

thanx i was wondering about it and our school has no coursework we have paper 3 instead and ya i'll definitely practise hard for this thanx again..:) <3

If you are a first language speaker, then I suggest that you simply do some past paper questions.

True, but reading gets you into the groove of writing in a particular style.

Plus it helps you learn new vocabulary - something imperative to EFL

@engraved i do that a lot and i have a very nice sir for english who has qualifications from CIE he agreed to check my solved papers even if i do for practise so that is definitely gonna help me...

@Ari ya my sir he even told me to read books and i do keed reading them i am reading DAN BROWN nowadays so that'll definitely improve my english..

Dan Brown is okay, but guys like David Baldacci write stories that have effective plots and a wide vocabulary.

But the important thing is you enjoy and understand what you read.

When do you answer your IGs ?

Make no mistake EFL is tough - its definitely not a walk in the park.
