KinG SauD uNIVERSITY

Is king saud university in saudi arabia good?? it ranks at number 1 in the Arab world and 199 in the world
plz help me out nd if u know the requirements for admission and stuff plz let me know because der is no proper info on their site

I thought the Cairo Uni was the best in the Arab world....

But that does make sense, because King Saud Uni has more money in it that any other Uni in the mid-east. And it has foreign national teachers.

It totally depends on your nationality.

Actually, Al Faisal University is now no.1 in the Arab world. It's certificates are received from Harvard University, and all their staff are foreigners.

However, the quality of Education is way less than that in Egypt.

No necessarily, the quality of education is a reflection of personal taste.

Cairo is one of the oldest, but I doubt that the quality of the Education is near as good as the quality the Saudis can afford to buy, I mean their wealth is perspicuous.

My friend, I live in KSA and I'm Egyptian. I know best..

Unis here are only better in terms of campus, electronics, etc.. NOTHING MORE.

Saudis, with all their wealth, do not care about education, unlike Egyptians.

That's why Egyptian Unis are better.

But as I said, it all depends on his/her personality.

Well i am an indian but i am a muslim
and i did alevels this year i mean june session
and are the requirements a little different for girls
and if it really was about money then why wuld they get such a good rank,
where is faisal university

My advice is to do your undergraduate studies in India, and do your post somewhere else.

Cause I promise you, you'll regret it if you went to Uni in Saudi Arabia

Then you should not even consider KSA. The Uni is quite good though....

Try IIT in India...

i know IIT  is great and they are everready to accept me but my parents are in no mood to send me back home cause they do not consider it safe though mumbai is my hometown so its either UAE where i stay or saudi arabia nd moreover i want to do bachelor of science in chemistry which is not soo godd here in the emirates

some of my relatives live in UAE , so ummm .. u  can go to the american UNI in sharjah ...... New York UNI in abu dhabi .....mmm there is this UNI my uncle told me abt in Dubai which has indian students and once they finish their bachelor degree , they can take the PHD in america for free......*i don't remmeber the name but i suggest u ask any of ur friends who study in UNI *
