It's cuz England's principle mode of attack is the cross, and Arne Friedrich and Mertesacker are strong in the air; Argentina's is running with the ball, and Schweinsteiger and Khedira negated Messi and Carlos Tevez. But Germany was exposed by Spain's passing in 2008, and it may be again.
If you remember euro 2008 finals it was just a 1-0 win.. but one of the greatest 1-0 wins ever..
Germany was made to look sluggish and lumbering, chasing haplessly as Spain's five-man midfield rotated the ball at a bewildering, almost cruel, pace.
But the goal was scored by torres.. I'd really like him to play well in this match..
