How to determine the grade threshold for A*????

 :o Guys, this year CIE has introduced A* grade, but I don't know how high the threshold is above A. Is there any relation to the boundaries for A and B? e.g., the score difference between A* and A is the same as that between A and B... Anyway, anyone who knows it please tell me! Thanks a lot!!! :o ::) ;D
