Hell 0. I have two questions regarding AS level business paper 12.
The first one concerns the LENGHT, I know, I know, quality over quantity, but how many pages did you guys write? I wrote 5, 2 pages for the first 4 questions, and 3 for essay questions.
Second question is for people who choose Question number 7.
For the non financial reward that motivates workers, since the question asked WHY do firms have them, I wrote all da theories, Abraham Maslow, Elton mayo and Herzberg, putting in stuff like , "Financial rewards are more expensive to the firm", What I didnt do was, mention Job rotation,enlargment and enrichment AT ALL< *glups*, I did mention fringe benfits though :D.
Question is, out of 12, how much can I expect ?
I will be happy with an 8 or a 9, since da rest of the paper was fairly easy.

for the motivation thing i only wrote  the job rotation,delegation n stuff !!!
i never wrote any theory  :-\ :-\ so not sure what cie expects !

n i wrote 2 n 1/4 page 4 the essay n 2 pages 4 the A section !

Hey guy !!!! my paper was very gud!!!! I am really happy !!! i know i messed a little bit the pie chart one !!! and i wrote 6 one in section b did anybody wright dat!!! to inform u that the answer of 6 question was given in the 9707 bs sight !!! was really great!!!! but guys do u think that paper 2 can be tough!!!

I chose to answer the 20 marks question regarding Stakeholder Groups and what I did was listed all the groups that could be interested and then gave examples of how the actions of one affects another and how they are inter-connected. Hopefully they like it, I was very happy with section A perhaps I could have written advantages of bar charts better(kinda winged it on that one) but I was pleased

Hopefully paper 2 is just like paper 1!
