It is great to be confident but it is not great to be OVER confident, since it might make you study less thinking that you already know everything and you will score A*'s.

I was over confident of getting an A* in Business IGCSE because I was a top grader in my school. I used to get the highest grades in mocks and exams amongst ALL the boys and girls. My forecast was an A* but before the exam night I became totally confident that I did not revise much for the paper and oh well, ended up with not an A* but with a B. Shocked and disappointed, I couldn't even face my teacher. I got in others A's and A* while in Business B.

As I said being confident is awesome but not VERY confident. =] Best of luck.

you are right but i m not like you and i will not end with a B grade in any subject except maths, hindi and english......................dont worry i m not like you i m just confident not over confident about my results because i have prepared well and i study prepare for my exams i think i must have read all the books more than 8 times, so now wat do you think will i get it or not??????????????????????????????????????????

but i guess failure leads to failure in most cases !!!!

failure will lead to success as now u know hw to tackle difficulties and probably know ur mistakes........... i was a failure......then i bcame a successful student............trust me! Failure Decides success of a person............if doubtful............try it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
