cie chemistry practical help

if anybody has some time saving tips and some tips on salt analysis, please post them asap!!!

I think you are doing P3...
I remember there is a table in the end of the papers, which gives some reactions when something is added into ions
just find the reagent which can distinguish these ions, do the experiment and you can see ppts or other observations
be careful about "excess", especially for NH3, add it drop by drop

Salt analysis is mostly used in paper 6, not paper 3.
I believe you can find the tests on page 26 of the Chemistry syllabus.

Well...I am doing A2...but i know P6 is about application, and it was canceled from 2007,
