I'm doing Coordinated Science, think they're the same. To revise in general, Bio learn food test and enzymes. Chemistry learn test for gases, flame test ions, any part of qualitative Chemistry. Physics it's all about drawing graph and measuring.

In general, my best advice do past papers, as much as possible.
