Hey..That's my Biology A.S and i was studying Carbohydrates "Condensation between 2 glucose" so i thought of joining the glucose and fructose i got a stupid shape:D anyway thanks for ur help guys i really appreciate it :$ and tht diagram was really helpful I mean i need a diagram when a glucose is joined with a fructose molecuole
and about the unsaturated lipid i know there will be a double bond or a couple of them but how will this differ if we join it to form a triglyceride and if we join a saturated lipid

It's  not always this, it can be 1,6 glycosidic bond as in amylopectin. So just write Glycosidic Bonds.
Protein-NHOC Bonds, Amide bonds.
For AS Levels, I think esters have no specific type of bonds.

A triglyceride will consist of 3 fatty acids joined b y ester bonds with a glycerol. Any of the three fatty acids, if it contains a double bond will cause the triglyceride to be saturated.

I'll try to help you as much as I can.

In protein the main type of bond i peptide or amide bond. But later you'll do the different structures of proteins and the oether bonds which define each one of them.

Blood clotting is a very complex matter. I'll try to just summarise the bit concerning calcium ions.

Blood cloting involves a process called coagualtion. Blood coagulation is a complex biochemical process involving platelets and dozens of proteins. Activation of platelets triggers a multistep "cascade" that produces a "thrombus" or clot. Calcium is involved at several steps in this cascade, including the activation of the platelets themselves. Coagulation is so dependent on calcium that blood banks routinely add citric acid to banked blood to bind ionized calcium and prevent the product from clotting before it can be used.

I'll advice you to restrict yourself to the syllabus for the time being. I understand that biology is a very interesting subjects which catches your attention easily and makes you wana know more. I've experienced that feeling myself years ago

But please, keep these things outside the syllabus after you have done with your exams. You'll then have the luxury of making research concerning anything yourself.

COVALENT BONDS (mainly peptides for organic proteins, not synthetic) (amide in polyester and other)
IONIC BONDS
HYDROGEN BONDS
DISULPHIDE BONDS
HYDROPHOBIC INTERACTIONS
