Hentai is mainly porno-like material,it has no story or anything,because anyone watching this type wouldn't be looking for a story  :-[
Ecchi is a but like a dirty minded character,but doesn't have any uncensored content,ecchi is mainly used as humour,and sometimes its really good ^^

Kyou, Koi wo Hajimemasu's manga was quite good,but it reached chapter 65 since around 4 monthes(when i finished it) and still didn't update as its not one of the popular mangas,Elfen Lied(the anime) was amazing,i don't think i'll read the manga,but it has an amazing story :O
