The only one to have misused nuclear power is America and they WERE trying to lecture India about its nuclear program back in the day. All because we socialist back then.

America is no longer a superpower. Its economy is in shambles; because of the crisis and spending in Iraq and Afghanistan.
Indian and China rule now.
