I represent the legal team for Edexcel.

It has come to light that you have been providing our resources online for free. These resources include Past Papers for Maths, Chemistry, Biology, Economics and Physics.

We would appreciate it you stopped leaking these resources immediately. We are also interested in knowing how you managed to obtain the January 2009 Papers for our subjects.

We look forward to hearing from you.

It seems past papers had an email from the solicitors at edexcel. Unfortunately he deleted it.
