Hey I dont think any baby has any significant strength. It DOES matter how you appear. A baby wouldnt get to win a wrestling match will it? ;D

University of Toronto does not give too many scholarships to international students. Only a handful get a lot of waivers. If you have really good results you will get a few, but not more than $5000 canadian in entrance. But if you do very well you will get waivers after first year.

Bottom line, UofT doesn't give a lot of scholarships to international students.
