Because you're supposed to find how far it deviates from actual value. So it deviates 2% and you have to find what's the 2% from the actual value :)

i regret that i didnt do well in june, because the paper was a lot easier...........

They gave us the paper late and then took it at 2:30. I mean WTF. Plus my name makes me the 1st candidate so they take it from me 1st.

Bullshit paper, I had to scribble the last 10 on the scantron randomly (except 39).

Give me 20 more minutes, and I'd have aced it. TOO MANY CALCULATIONS. >:( :@
