Hi guys!

i've a a question, whcih i can't understand, on the system

why don't the IGCSE results come out into an "open" site, online, where everyone can access them, just like in CBSE?

also, if you got your results and want to know your global/country rank, what do you have to do to obtain them, are they given with the results?

i think they have one...i read it some thread here only at sf...
some guy said that u get a username nd password to a site to check all of that

well the open ranking system seems like a good idea but imagine getting the lowest mark in the world.. quite embarrasing id say..
nd for the top in the world/country, u r informed whether ur grade is top in the world or top in the country nd you go to this official cambridge prizegiving nd get a certificate from a cambridge representative takin pictures and stuff lol
dats wot happens in my country aneway.. nd all the top in the world/countries in your respective country r published on cambridge. just the tops tho  :P :P

u get ur own id and password for myresults.cie.org.uk
nd the results come up worldwide (UTC/GMT+1) 00.00 January 25th

howd you know when the results are coming out? did your centre tell u or did your school? cuz a friend o mine said that the results are coming on jan 11th..

By the way its internet
centre may give out results before theyre posted on the net lol

wow, that's interesting information!

my classmates, who wrote the exam last year had to go to school to find out what grades they got

also, one girl was the No 2 in my country, it left me wondering, who to you get to know your rank in the country/world, if you were not a topper (the No 1)

also, will the grading system - such as the percentage of the top students who will get an A* come out in CIE's website at the same time?
