hey to get an A* in accounts... do u HAVE to get an A for all papers u do? or can u like get a B for one and a high A for the other and still get an A*

u can still get an A* if u get a B in any indivisual component...cuz for A* u have to get 90 percentile...
i m not in accounts but this is a general rule for all subjects

u dont get A* for an indivusual component....the highest is A
ur overall score shud be greater than or equal to 90 percentile for u to get an A*

It depends on how the performance of everyone is, if your marks are greater then 90% of the people that took the exam then you can get an A*

By the way, some people are saying that this year the A* will be lowered, instead of 90% its 85%, principally because of the swine flu epidemic. Note that these are rumours and it isnt confirmed, the official gradings will be shown in jan 14-24

So... tomorrow is the big day ... Maths paper 4  :'(

Good luck to all, even though, im just wondering what you guys did to study, i did 3 past papers and scored around 80% in most of them, however i always fail in the function graphs part :S
