french speaking exam tomorrow!!

sometimes in the exam card it says give two descriptions or details of an object.
do i lose marks if I give more than two details or if i mix up between genders le and la.
do I always have to say merci and s'il vous plait and is it okay if I take some time before answering???

yup strictly restrict urself to two....if they say "deux details"....they expect u to understand the meaning of deux...and restrict urself to it.....more than two details means u haven't understood their requirements.

make it as polite as possible.....s'il vous plait and merci should be used when required....i mean u don't just keep on saying it after every sentence

i did a mock exam in my school and i got 92/100..!!

B4 the exam i practiced my piece a lot so i wont STUTTER(important!!!)

It is best to stick with what the card says.....if it asks  for 2 details , just give 2....u wont get more marks for giving extra..

It is always good to be polite as they will see it as a positive sign and awrd you for it...

hehe I got a 98/100 in my mocks....I gave my exam in june...had my mocks in march...

I got 92 overall for french in my board

i finished my oral exam.
Cant discuss the paper, but is easy as always, dont worry.

And yes, its extremely important to give 2 details.

for e.g - if the role play is regarding lost object..and u have to give 2 details about the object

try these

en metal
en cuir
c'est grand
c'est noir/rouge etc.

try to choose the easy ones..because in the speaking ..its important to deliver a sentence with the correct grammar..

and..yeah..good luck for the exams!

hey dude...even i have given my orals.....it was my first exam.......
d only thing to take care about is ur prepared topic....don't mess it up....and trust me d role play is verryyy easy......
jst stick to wt is asked
nd dont club d answers of 2 separate questions cuz den u lose d marks for 1 question rite away even if it is rite
i did dt in my mock exam nd ended up wid 69.....
bt fr this one i expect above 90 dude.....

yeah me too...my prepared topic was very easy..and could answer all the general Qs too...role play was easy too!//

wat i did ws dt i went to my teacher a day b4 my exam n sadi dt m nervous...n asked her if she cu ask me some ques on my topic
den i secretly noted down all dose ques...so wen i wen thome i included d an to all dose ques in my topic...so at d final day...she didnt have any ques to ask me.....lol.....clever, ain't it??
