I believe that what you take is what you are, taking this route is great becasue there are many good paying jobs available in developing areas, though there is little respect for this job.
Firstly i believe that you should take Geography. But the rest you can choose, depending on what EXACTLY u specialise in. But i think physics would help, taking care of the engineering aspect. Taking business would also help you if you wanted plan highly commercial area but u would have to specialise later on.
