mana said its all to keep the city clean as it was in the prophets times :P

but u fail to understand ... tht the prophet gave free will... he adviced ....nd if ppl beleived him..well nd good ,if not its was their choice :P..Allah wud punish them nd dat wud be a different situation
but now in saudi.... the rule is do it or u will be punished...by the govt...
