in the UK u can try:

Oxford, Cambridge, Imperial College (london), Dundee, Manchester, Edinburgh (lol), Glasgow (although i dont think theyre good for medicine :/), and Leeds.

and are u Emirati? or Pakistani?

cause i would reccomend that u visit ur countrie's ministry of higher education and ask about the scholarships they offer u ..

in Kuwait .. to study Medicine in the UK u only need an minumum overall percentage of 85% .. so ya .. ask there and see what u can do ..
