The university is way too awesome for engineering and medicine..

Quite frankly, there are countless medical colledges that are good. But it depends on how much you can spend, if money is not an issue, then many colledges in America and the UK are suitable.

In America, the top three brands in my oppinion are:

1. Harvard Medical school
2. John Hopkins
3. Saint John's

In the UK

1. Oxford
2. Cambridge
3. UCL=Imperial Colledge
