lots of ppl are thinking its me ... im pretty sure of who all they are

i eally want to clear it ... its not me :S

for some reason when something gets deleted or unsual happens.. i m the one to blame :S

It might be anyone master786, we don't have to blame anyone now. That was a loss, it is someone from the moderators or adminstrators who removed it completely, the number of posts of the forum now decreased for over 7000 posts. The one who did that has to know that he/she doesn't love the forum and doesn't want the best for it.

We can exclude godfather93, Q80BOY, sanity_master and saifalan, because they didn't access the forum since days because of personal reasons.

(That doesn't mean we're blaming anyone) The thread is gone and we can do nothing about it now, unfortunately.)

Yes.

if we can get the timings of when was the thread deleted and who from Mods/admins were online at that time, we could now.

But yes again, we cant get it back.Which is really sad. Becuz the Family thread was the top 1 in the number of posts.

The database is backed up. I pmd the programmer to try and restore the family topic and if he doesnt i will try and restore it next week.

We have problems on the forum. They are small problems. Look at https://studentforums.biz though, 3rd in google for "student forum". Their website is down because of database errors.

isnt there a log system in SMF cpanel where u can see who deleted what topic ???
