isn't it just the accent? 
In a way it is, but also its different in its own ways
like Sudanis speak VERY fast, but yet the vocabularly we use is like jigsaws, you only need to learn a bit, and the rest you can figure out on your own
but we still have lots of similarities to Geepo and Jeddawi arabic
of course am only talking about the ppl of the East, you see Sudanis have their own accents according to their regions, races, and tribes; some regions dont even talk arabic
