my cousine is a gym instructor!!

he says do step ups on big seps like they shoud reach half length to ur calf!!
so this will help your height!!

also try to do streching!!
stretch urself up and keep ur legs fixed!!
i guess tis helps!!

caue in 7th i was oly 4.4
now i am 5.9!!!
