Several meanings.

> Love is a past-time, time makes love fade.

Or if you interprete first 'time' as life...
Love helps one to go through life smoothly.
But it is also affected by other happenings in life.

Like there are many people, who do, fall in love... but cannot make it last. The time factor makes it a banal thing.
It's very rare to find someone of whom you are never bored, whose flaws you can bear, and with whom, there will always be something interesting and new to do. Time, then, will not make the love pass.

If you can imagine it like this. Time and love are in constant battle with each other.

na u didnt read it properly :P
i said "love the time since it helped u to pass it & get another"
so it means that someone keeps changing all the time (dynamic :P )
so its not booring then / or on second that "another shuld be changed to Others " ;)

& u knw wat i think that quote has a hidden meaning about horses too ;)
