Hi guys, if I didn't do well in paper 3, but I did well in paper 1 and paper 6, is it possible if those two papers push my marks ?

yes
in some papers they take the average of each one, then the average of both, and grade it
but most papers already have a certain percentage, and they add all the papers up and should automatically add up to 100%
