i think they lack water...cause phloem transports anmino acids, sucrose and fats..
water is not present..

yes but sap is present. Its not like the substances are transported on their own, the need to be in liquid. And also, that questino was supposed to confuse u..because it was telling u about the phloem to remind u what a phloem is. But then it asked a general question "What do they lack in thier diet"
Ofcourse aphids drink water.. else they would die :X It was trying ton confuzzle u.
But anyway, just do well on paper 3..and nobody cares about one question wrong in a paper that counts only 30 percent .

Okay..so I'm really depressed...I so messed up the easiest paper on earth..& now im so worried..I'm gonna get like 7-8 questions wrong in this p1...and im so sure the gt will be soaring the skies! I've made such stupid decisions..ahh... if i get a B in p1 will it affect my overall grade? cuz my p6 was good & im hoping the same for p3...why did it have to be a bad day...
